The 9th Annual LATINAFest, the nation’s largest outdoor festival celebrating Latinas in the U.S., will take place on Sunday, June 7, 2026, at Jesse Brewer Park in Exposition Park. This year’s theme, “UNSTOPPABLE,” reflects the rapid growth and economic power of Latinas, who represent over 22.2 million women—17% of all adult women in the U.S. as of 2024, according to the press release. The event occurs one week before Los Angeles hosts FIFA events, positioning LATINAFest as a key cultural prelude.
Co-founder Bel Hernandez Castillo emphasized that marketing to Latinas is not a DEI initiative but a smart business strategy, stating, “Latinas are not a trend—we are the future of growth.” The festival will feature over 100 exhibitors and vendors, showcasing Latina-owned businesses that are fueling economic growth. According to Forbes, Latina founders are starting businesses at faster rates than any other demographic group in the U.S., underscoring the community’s innovation and resilience.
The 2026 lineup includes keynote speaker Loriann Serna, celebrity event planner and founder of Wife of the Party, known for working with Hollywood’s biggest names. The opening ceremony will feature choreographer Stephanie Stevens, recently part of Bad Bunny’s halftime show, alongside youth soccer teams. An author’s panel includes award-winning novelist Reyna Grande, presenting her latest work Migrant Heart, and Julissa Arce, author of My (Underground) American Dream. A panel titled “Breaking the Silence” will address untold stories within the community.
Additional programming includes live selling experiences powered by Viva Shop, morning Mayan yoga and wellness with sound baths and “limpia” rituals, art installations, musical performances, tequila and mezcal tastings in a cocktail garden, salsa dance lessons, and shopping and food. The festival expects over 4,000 guests, building on 2025 attendance.
Sponsors include Angel City FC, Square, AARP, El Clasificado, LATINATION, Hispanic Coalition of Small Businesses, NAFTA Distributors, Empowered With Gina, Rancho La Gloria, Amigas on Tour, Sazon Grip, and Melrose Bouquets. Community partners include NLBWA-LA. Lead-up events include Taste of LATINAFest on May 16, 2026, in partnership with METRO, and a 5K Fun Run on May 30, 2026, sponsored by Angel City FC.
Co-founder Naibe Reynoso said, “LATINAFest is more than a festival—it’s a movement. We are creating a space where culture, commerce, and community come together to celebrate the power and impact of Latinas.” The event underscores the undeniable influence of Latinas as the fastest-growing major female demographic, with a population growth of 5.6 million from 2010 to 2022.
