ADM Endeavors Wins Two City Uniform Contracts, Including One for a Major Metropolitan Area

ADM Endeavors, Inc. (OTCQB: ADMQ), a vertically integrated provider of custom apparel and uniforms, announced that its subsidiary, Just Right Products, Inc., has been selected for two new city uniform contracts. One contract is with a city of approximately 40,000 residents, while the other is with a city whose population exceeds 1 million, according to U.S. Census Bureau estimates. This larger contract would be the most significant municipal opportunity in the company's history, pending approval by the respective city councils.

Municipal uniform contracts are awarded through formal competitive procurement, requiring companies to meet stringent standards for price, product quality, service, and delivery capability. For a city of that size, the requirements are among the most demanding in the public sector. ADM Endeavors' selection reflects its established track record with 17 Texas cities, 12 independent school districts, 5 colleges, and 3 counties, as well as the capacity of its 100,000-square-foot production facility in Fort Worth, Texas. The company also attributes the win to years of sustained engagement with the account.

Marc Johnson, CEO of ADM Endeavors, expressed personal pride in securing the larger contract, noting that the company had been pursuing it for more than seven years. "This is exactly what we have been working toward," Johnson said. "The larger of these two cities is a little personal for me. We have been pursuing this account for more than seven years, and winning it validates all the hard work our team has put in."

Once approved, the contract with the larger city could generate recurring revenue from thousands of uniformed personnel across various departments, including public works, water utilities, parks, code compliance, and transportation. The second contract, with a smaller city, aligns with the company's existing customer base. Together, these awards would bring ADMQ's roster to 19 Texas cities.

The contracts are subject to city council approval and execution of final contract documents. The company will provide updates once finalized. Municipal uniform contracts are typically multi-year agreements with orders placed as needed, so revenue will depend on order volume over the life of each contract.

These awards build on recent momentum, following the company's announcement on September 3 that eight city fire departments had placed orders after its first appearance at the 2026 Tarrant County Fire and Arson Investigators Association Conference. In August, the company reported a return to profitability in the second quarter of 2026, with revenue increasing 11.4% to $1,307,924 and net income of $62,061, compared to a net loss in the prior-year period.

"An account of this size is the reason we invested in our Fort Worth facility," Johnson added. "The capacity is in place, the team is in place, and we are ready to begin the day the councils give their approval. Public-sector customers renew, and they refer. Every city we add makes the next one easier to win."
