In a recent Substack post, Graham, who spent nearly twenty years in Russia, Central Asia, and Ukraine, argues that Donald Trump is a traitor controlled by Russian President Vladimir Putin, leading the country toward despotism.
Graham quotes Roman statesman Cicero: "A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within." She references an interview with former KGB operative Oleg Kalugin, who confirmed that Trump was "wined and dined, and then trapped" by the KGB.
She connects the closure of USAID to Elon Musk's visit to Moscow, citing reports from The Lancet and the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health that predict 22 million preventable deaths by 2030, mostly children. Graham calls this "deliberate murder" akin to Hitler's genocide or Stalin's purges, motivated by racism.
