Award-winning author Gina Iafrate has announced the release of her latest romantic fiction novel, Love And Betrayal, now available in print and ebook formats on Amazon. The book is the third installment in her Strong Women series, following The Professor's Daughter.
Love And Betrayal follows the story of Gracy, who initially believes she has found eternal love with Alvaro. However, as their marriage progresses, Alvaro's promises of fidelity unravel, leading to pain and suffering influenced by greed, jealousy, and revenge. Gracy's emotional journey of survival becomes challenging, but later in life, with the intervention of caring people, she rediscovers love, peace, and support. The novel explores her eventual comfort and joy until the end of her terrestrial journey.
The Professor's Daughter, the sequel to Iafrate's award-winning book The English Professor, is set in Italy and immerses readers in Gracy's life and her adventures in love. In that novel, Gracy Robertson is the love child of an intense affair. Taken from her dying mother at birth, she is raised by her devastated father, the professor. They live in hiding to avoid corrupt mobsters who caused her mother's death. After the threat passes, they seek peace at the place where the professor's passion for her mother began. When the professor's life ends, Gracy must overcome grief and find her way across the ocean, where she encounters love and affection—but fate continues to test her.
