Broadcast technology exhibitions often present discrete components, leaving attendees to envision how they might interoperate. At IBC2026, BZBGEAR is taking a different approach by assembling a complete camera-to-fiber broadcast chain on its stand, demonstrating an end-to-end workflow that spans acquisition, production, encoding, and transport. The company will exhibit in Hall 11, Stand 11.A26 at the RAI Amsterdam from September 11–14, 2026, with engineers on hand to discuss technical details and run the system continuously.
The chain begins with BZBGEAR's award-winning ADAMO PTZ cameras, offered in two IP versions: the BG-ADAMO-4KND (NDI|HX 3) and BG-ADAMO-4KDA (Dante AV-H). These cameras output up to 4K@60Hz over HDMI 2.0 and 12G-SDI, alongside USB and IP, with 12X or 25X optical zoom. AI-powered auto-tracking in Presenter and Zone modes enables hands-free operation, while integrated red/green LED tally lights and an onboard microSD writer that records up to 1 TB of 4K video provide practical benefits for live production. Data, power, and control travel over a single category cable, simplifying installation. For HD coverage, the BG-ADAMO-JRND and BG-ADAMO-JRDA offer the same control workflow and single-cable install at 1080p@60Hz, with 12X, 20X, and 30X optical zoom options. This pairing allows facilities to deploy a 4K hero angle alongside HD coverage for the rest of the room, all controlled from one surface.
Production is handled by the BG-Commander-UltraX, an all-in-one 4K production switcher and PTZ joystick controller with onboard recording. It features four HDMI inputs accepting sources up to 4K@30Hz, separate program and monitor outputs, a 7-inch touchscreen, a 4D control joystick, a step-less knob, and a sliding T-bar. Built-in chroma key, picture-in-picture, logo overlay, and a full transition set manage production in the box. A USB-C webcam output feeds the program directly into streaming or conferencing platforms as a virtual camera, and the unit records to a USB drive or SD card without a PC in the signal path. Camera control is via ONVIF 2.8 and VISCA over IP.
For encoding, the BG-STREAM-DE is a one-channel SDI/HDMI encoder, decoder, and recorder designed for facilities standardizing on IP transport without rebuilding their infrastructure. It accepts SDI or HDMI in and encodes H.265 or H.264 at up to 1080p@60Hz, with output to 3840x2160p@60Hz. Both SDI and HDMI loop-through are provided, ensuring the local feed survives while the signal is contributed. Transport options cover SRT, RTMP, HLS, RTSP over HTTP/TCP/UDP, and TS over UDP in unicast or multicast, with NDI and Dante AV-H available under separate license. Audio embed and de-embed run over 3.5 mm connectors, and USB 3.0 recording to MP4, TS, or MOV provides a safety copy without a second box.
Finally, the BG-IPGEAR-XTREME-F addresses the challenge of moving high-bandwidth signals over distance. This point-to-point transmitter and receiver pair carries 8K@60Hz 4:4:4 with DSC 1.2a, uncompressed 4K@60Hz 4:4:4, and visually lossless 4K@144Hz 4:4:4 across single-mode fiber to 10 kilometers (6.25 miles) at zero-frame latency, with 48Gbps of video bandwidth (FRL 6) and HDCP 2.3. Full-duplex RS-232 at 115,200bps, bi-directional wideband IR, CEC pass-through, 1G Ethernet pass-through, and USB 3.1 Gen1/Gen2 KVM all ride the same fiber. This enables stadium-to-truck, studio-to-master-control, and building-to-building links without the ground loops and EMI issues associated with copper runs between structures.
Eugene Bocharov, CEO of BZBGEAR, explained the rationale: "Every broadcaster we talk to is solving the same problem from four different directions at once — how to acquire it, how to cut it, how to get it on the network, and how to move it across a campus or a city. Showing one box at a time doesn't answer that. So this year we're bringing the whole chain to Hall 11 and running it end to end, and our engineers will be standing next to it for four days."
By presenting a working system rather than isolated products, BZBGEAR aims to demonstrate that its components can function as a cohesive solution, potentially reducing integration headaches for broadcasters and integrators.
