Canadian Salsa Festivals Project Announces Largest Ever Series of Events for 2026, Including Inaugural Niagara Falls Festival

The Canadian Salsa Festivals Project (CSFP) has unveiled its most extensive lineup to date for the 2026 season, running from June through September. The series includes a new event, Salsa at Niagara Falls, in partnership with Niagara Falls Tourism, Niagara Parks Commission, and Fallsview Casino Resort, marking the first expansion to the iconic tourist destination. Other returning festivals include TD Salsa at Blue Mountain, TD Salsa on St. Clair in Toronto, and TD Salsa Tremblant in Quebec, bolstered by expanded sponsorship from TD Bank Group.

Adam Stiles, Interim President and CEO of Niagara Falls Tourism, expressed enthusiasm for the new event, stating, “Salsa at Niagara Falls is exactly the kind of vibrant, world-class event our destination is made for... We’re delighted to welcome this celebration of Latin music, dance, and food for the first time.” The festival is scheduled for September 12 and 13, 2026.

Robyn Small, Senior Manager of Philanthropy and Corporate Citizenship at TD Bank Group, highlighted the broader social significance of the festivals: “Festivals like TD Salsa on St. Clair bring people together to celebrate what shapes us — our stories, food, music, and art. We’re proud to support access to cultural experiences that help people feel welcome, seen and connected.” TD’s sponsorship now includes title sponsorship of Salsa Tremblant, alongside ongoing support for Salsa on St. Clair and Salsa at Blue Mountain.

The 2026 season kicks off with TD Salsa at Blue Mountain from June 26 to 28, followed by the flagship TD Salsa on St. Clair in Toronto on July 11 and 12. The latter is Canada’s largest free Latin street festival, featuring over 350 live performers, headliners like JUNO nominee Andy Ruba and award-winning artist Yani Borrell, a Fiesta Parade, and more than 35 authentic Latin food vendors. TD Salsa Tremblant returns August 21 to 23, transforming the Tremblant Pedestrian Village into a hub of Latin culture.

Additional programming includes the Vibrante Latin Art Exhibition at Toronto’s Little EGG Gallery from June 6 to July 12, free dance lessons across Southern Ontario from May to August, Salsa on Market Street on August 9, and family salsa dance lessons at Toronto museums from August to October. These initiatives aim to foster community engagement and cultural appreciation.

Aldo Di Felice, President and Managing Partner of TLN Media Group, the founder and longstanding media partner, remarked, “Salsa in Toronto has become one of Canada’s premier cultural celebrations, bringing together hundreds of thousands of people each year while showcasing the power of music, culture, and community to create meaningful social and economic impact across Ontario and beyond.”

The series is produced by the Canadian Salsa Festivals Project, a federally incorporated not-for-profit organization. For more information, visit salsaintoronto.com.
