Craig, Kelley & Faultless Paralegals Earn Board Certification in Truck Accident Law

Two paralegals at Craig, Kelley & Faultless have achieved board certification in trucking litigation, marking a significant milestone for the firm and highlighting the growing specialization in truck accident law. Carissa Swalls and Holly Hinds successfully completed the certification process through the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys (ATAA) after attending the annual ATAA Symposium in Austin, Texas, from September 18 to 20, 2025. They officially became Board-Certified by the ATAA in Trucking Litigation on October 16, 2025.

The ATAA developed the first board-certification program for paralegals specializing in trucking litigation, providing a standardized way to demonstrate expertise in this complex area of law. The certification involves a rigorous two-part process: documenting substantial experience handling truck accident cases and passing a comprehensive exam that covers advanced knowledge required for paralegals working on such cases. This certification serves as proof of the paralegals' experience and knowledge, illustrating the value they bring to clients.

Craig, Kelley & Faultless has long emphasized professional development for its legal team, offering opportunities for continued education to build expertise in truck accident law. With this achievement, the firm now has both board-certified attorneys and paralegals in trucking litigation, a distinction held by few firms nationwide. The firm remains dedicated to providing victims of semi, heavy truck, bus, and other commercial motor vehicle accidents with the highest quality representation.
