(CSE: CTTT) (OTC: CITLF) (FRA: X9V) announced the execution of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with Aegis Critical Energy Defence Corp., a Canadian energy technology company specializing in advanced battery energy storage systems for defence, critical infrastructure, industrial, and AI data centre applications. The agreement establishes a framework for exchanging confidential information and evaluating potential collaboration opportunities across secure energy, digital platforms, and critical infrastructure applications.
Under the NDA, the two companies will explore areas of mutual interest including secure and resilient energy systems, digital platforms, data and systems integration, critical infrastructure and defence-adjacent use cases, and public safety, emergency response, and national resilience initiatives. The confidentiality agreement does not commit either party to a transaction or partnership but enables structured discussions while protecting proprietary and sensitive information, allowing for the completion of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
