Critical Infrastructure Technologies Ltd. (CSE: CTTT) (OTC: CITLF) (FRA: X9V) announced the execution of a Letter of Intent (LOI) with H. Cegielski - Poznan S.A. (HCP), a subsidiary of Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa S.A. (PGZ), to establish a long-term strategic partnership for the production and deployment of the Nexus 20 autonomous platform in Central and Eastern Europe. The LOI follows a Non-Disclosure Agreement and reflects a shared intent to combine CiTech's Nexus 20 technology with HCP's manufacturing, integration, and support capabilities to address the requirements of the Polish Armed Forces and NATO's Eastern Flank.
Under the LOI, CiTech and HCP intend to collaborate in production and assembly, establishing HCP as a manufacturing and integration hub for Nexus 20 platforms in the Central and Eastern European (CEE) region. The partnership also includes technology transfer to ensure high-quality local maintenance, training, and operational support, as well as strategic market expansion by leveraging HCP's position within the PGZ Group and CiTech's international partnerships to pursue government and defence contracts.
The LOI outlines an initial roadmap with key milestones. In March 2026, Brenton Scott, CEO of CiTech, will visit HCP headquarters in Poznań to progress and finalise commercial, technical, and logistical arrangements. By May 2026, the first Nexus 20 prototype unit will be delivered to HCP's Poznań facility for technical evaluation, training, and Proof-of-Concept demonstrations for regional stakeholders.
The Nexus 20 platform provides rapid, autonomous telecommunications and surveillance infrastructure designed to support modern defence and critical security operations. By combining CiTech's advanced platform technology with HCP's industrial manufacturing capabilities and deep integration within the Polish defence sector, the partnership aims to deliver a world-class, sovereign-capable solution for European strategic clients.
