Easy Dynamics (EZD) has been awarded a new contract by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) to provide operations and maintenance for the Grants Management Reporting System (GMRS) and support the Grants Modernization Initiative (GMI) for the National Institute of Food and Agriculture (NIFA). The 2.5-year, $8 million contract begins in September 2026. Under this contract, EZD will maintain and enhance GMRS operations while supporting NIFA's grant management modernization, aiming to improve system reliability, data quality, and application performance.
The new contract reinforces EZD's growing relationship with USDA. Last year, EZD secured a recompete to continue its identity management work for the department. In 2024, EZD was awarded a 10-year Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) on the USDA Stratus contract vehicle (https://www.easydynamics.com). These achievements establish EZD as a long-term technology partner across multiple USDA mission areas and demonstrate the company's commitment to excellence, trust, and modernization.
