Easy Environmental Solutions Surges in Q1 2026 Amid Global Nitrogen Shortage

Easy Environmental Solutions, Inc. (OTC: EZES) has reported a strong start to the first quarter of 2026, driven by its Terreplenish® microbial solution. The company is capitalizing on the global nitrogen shortage resulting from geopolitical instability in the Middle East, which has disrupted supplies of anhydrous ammonia and urea just as farmers prepare for spring planting. The crisis has heightened demand for organic alternatives, positioning EZES to meet farmer needs with competitive pricing and robust production capabilities.

EZES operates production facilities in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Florida, ensuring year-round access to food waste used in Terreplenish® production. Additionally, its Easy FEN™ units, described as “Fertilizer Plant in a Box,” are being manufactured at the Mankato, MN factory. The first unit is scheduled for deployment to Africa this spring. Each unit can produce over 2 million gallons of liquid Terreplenish® annually using local organic waste streams, reducing costs while improving soil fertility, water retention, and crop resilience. These modular units allow local production independent of geopolitical forces.

Field trials across three continents have yielded consistent positive results. In Africa, trials in Ghana, Egypt, and The Congo demonstrated substantial yield increases for multiple plant varieties. In Central America, focus on flowers, shrubs, and turf has supported urban beautification efforts in Panama. North American trials, from Mexico to Florida, have shown promising outcomes, and spring protocols are set for corn, wheat, and various fruits and vegetables. Additionally, EZES is continuing ash tree trials to combat the emerald ash borer, aiming to treat over 10,000 trees in the upper Midwest this spring after successfully treating 1,000 trees last summer.

The company has launched an aggressive marketing campaign, attending trade shows and forming distribution partnerships. As a preferred partner for Mid States Distribution, EZES engaged with representatives of over 800 retail outlets at Rendezvous 2026. Combined with its Amazon launch, this expands consumer access to Terreplenish®. The company also exhibited at the Golf Course Association conference, reaching over 2,000 golf course directors, and participated in the U S Composting Council conference, engaging with over 1,000 attendees seeking compost solutions. At the World Ag Expo in California, Terreplenish® was well-received by growers from 70 countries.

EZES has decided not to proceed with a potential merger with Lifestyle Dock after a comprehensive review, citing a 25% equity dilution that did not align with long-term goals. Instead, the companies will develop an OEM supplier relationship. The company's vision remains focused on converting waste into worth while fueling the world and fostering sustainability. EZES continues to prioritize personal interaction with customers, as emphasized by Director of Business Development Bill Bliler.
