Iverson brings over two decades of leadership experience in the resource sector, having founded Niogold Mining Corp. and co-founded Fortuna Silver Mines Inc., where he served as Chairman, CEO, and President through 2016. His expertise in capital markets, strategic planning, and corporate governance is expected to guide the company as it advances its flagship Berkwood Graphite Project in Quebec.

First Canadian Graphite holds a 43-101 Resource Estimate for the Berkwood Graphite Project, reporting 3.2 million tonnes of indicated and inferred graphite averaging grades of 17%.
