FORTEC Elektronik Aktiengesellschaft Appoints Yannick Moyles-Johnson as New CFO

The Supervisory Board of FORTEC Elektronik Aktiengesellschaft has appointed Yannick Moyles-Johnson as the Group's Chief Financial Officer, effective no later than November 1, 2026. This move implements the previously announced long-term succession plan for the finance division. Moyles-Johnson succeeds Henrik Christiansen, who has served as interim CFO since November 2025 and as a Management Board member since February 2026. Christiansen will remain available to ensure a smooth transition.

Moyles-Johnson, 41, holds a master's degree in business administration (M.Sc. in Business Administration / MBA) and brings over 15 years of international leadership experience in technology-oriented industrial companies. Most recently, he served as CFO and Commercial Managing Director of ProMik Holding GmbH, a portfolio company of Deutsche Beteiligungs AG. His previous roles include leadership positions at Brockhaus Technologies AG, VIA Optronics AG, and the Brose Group. His expertise spans managing international research and production sites, optimizing financial and business processes, and implementing transformation and efficiency programs.

Christoph Schubert, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, stated that Moyles-Johnson combines international cultural and management experience with a long-term vision for the Group's development. His track record in transformation and efficiency programs makes him ideal to lead the company's next stages. Together with COO Michael Spatny, Moyles-Johnson will focus on improving profitability, strengthening market position, and tapping into growth opportunities while driving strategic development.

Moyles-Johnson expressed enthusiasm for the role, citing the innovative product portfolio, international presence, and opportunities to streamline operations and implement long-term growth strategy as exciting challenges. The Supervisory Board thanked Henrik Christiansen for his successful work as interim CFO and board member, noting that he and Michael Spatny initiated important measures to stabilize operations and restore competitive strength.
