Four KJT Law Group Attorneys Named to 2027 Southern California Super Lawyers and Rising Stars Lists

KJT Law Group, a Glendale-based law firm specializing in personal injury, workers' compensation, and employment law, has announced that four of its attorneys have been named to the 2027 Southern California Super Lawyers and Rising Stars lists. The selections, which are based on an independent, peer-reviewed process, underscore the firm's commitment to providing exceptional legal representation.

Founding partner Caspar Jivalagian, who focuses on workers' compensation, catastrophic injury, and premises liability cases, has been named to the Super Lawyers list for the first time. Aaron Turchin, an attorney with over two decades of trial experience in personal injury and workers' compensation matters, has also been recognized on the Super Lawyers list. This marks Turchin's third selection to this prestigious list. Both attorneys were recognized in the personal injury, plaintiff practice area.

In addition, Tro Semerjian, an attorney in the firm's litigation department who handles habitability and personal injury cases, and Levon S. Yepremian, who represents employees in discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour disputes, have been named to the Rising Stars list. Semerjian was selected for the first time, while Yepremian has now achieved this honor five times.

The Super Lawyers selection process involves a combination of peer nominations, independent research across 12 indicators of professional achievement, and a peer review by practice area. Attorneys enter the candidate pool through formal nominations or the organization's own research, and finalists are rated by a panel of peers before the final list is determined based on point totals within each firm-size category. The resulting list represents the top 5% of attorneys in a given state.

Rising Stars candidates undergo a similar nomination and research process, with eligibility limited to attorneys who are 40 years old or younger or who have practiced law for 10 years or less. The Rising Stars list represents the top 2.5% of attorneys in the state, a narrower group than the Super Lawyers list.

Selection cannot be purchased, and attorneys are not required to buy any product to be included. Before publication, Super Lawyers verifies each candidate's standing with their local licensing authority and confirms there are no outstanding disciplinary matters. For KJT Law Group, this recognition serves as independent, third-party validation of its attorneys' standing among their peers, a distinction that can factor into how prospective clients evaluate legal representation.
