The facility, which replaces the former Genesis of Merrillville location, consolidates all sales, service, and parts operations under one roof and reflects the brand's commitment to modern luxury and hospitality.
The dealership's design embodies Genesis's 'son-nim' philosophy, which treats every visitor as an honored guest. The showroom features expansive natural light, a dedicated interior Zen garden, and a hospitality-centered environment. Customers can also enjoy a transparent service area with a glass wall separating the lounge from the service bays, allowing them to watch their vehicles being serviced by Genesis-certified technicians. The facility includes 12 service bays and four Level 3 DC fast chargers available 24/7, supporting Genesis's growing lineup of electrified vehicles.
The opening comes on the heels of Genesis's strong performance in the J.D. Power Initial Quality Study, where the brand ranked second overall, behind only Porsche. This recognition highlights the brand's focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
