Golden Goose Resources Secures Definitive Agreement for High-Grade Gran Esperanza Gold Project in Argentina

Golden Goose Resources Ltd. has entered into a definitive agreement with Valcheta Exploraciones S.A.S. to acquire up to a 100% interest in the Gran Esperanza Project, a high-grade epithermal gold-silver property in Río Negro Province, Argentina. The agreement marks a significant milestone for the company, reinforcing its strategy of securing district-scale precious metal assets in proven mining jurisdictions.

The Gran Esperanza Project spans approximately 44,400 hectares in the Los Menucos District, North Patagonian Massif, a region known for its high-grade precious metal potential. The property is surrounded by major operators, including Southern Copper, and is located near the Calcatreu Project currently under development. More than 10 kilometers of historically mapped low-sulfidation epithermal gold vein exposures have been identified, with veins averaging 1 to 5 meters in width. Historical trenching and channel sampling returned high-grade results, including 2.0 meters at 24.0 g/t Au and 5.0 meters at 13.1 g/t Au.

Golden Goose completed a comprehensive due diligence process, including a site visit in December 2025, during which four rock-chip samples were collected from exposed mineralized veins. Three of these samples returned gold values above 2.0 g/t Au, with one grading 14.34 g/t Au, confirming the high-grade potential of the mineralized system.

The option agreement allows Golden Goose to earn up to a 100% interest through staged cash payments and exploration expenditures totaling US$1,889,500 and US$2,599,000, respectively. The project is subject to a 1.0% net smelter return royalty, half of which can be purchased for US$1.0 million. Upon exercising the first option, a joint venture will be formed with Golden Goose as operator holding a 51% interest, or the company can elect to proceed directly to a 90% ownership. Exercising the third option grants Golden Goose 100% ownership.

CEO Dustin Nanos commented: “Signing the Definitive Agreement for Gran Esperanza represents an important milestone and transformative step for Golden Goose. The Project stands out due to its favorable structural and geological setting, confirmation of numerous surface-exposed vein networks, excellent historical reported grades, and outstanding site access.” He added that the information collected positions Gran Esperanza as a compelling, drill-ready exploration project with potential for rapid high-impact results.

The company plans to advance the project through systematic surface exploration programs. Golden Goose also holds the Goldfire Claims in Quebec, Canada, covering approximately 15 kilometers within the Urban-Barry Greenstone Belt. More information is available at www.goldengooseresources.com.
