Good Golly Garage Doors, an Arizona-based garage door company, has expanded its presence in the Phoenix metropolitan area with the opening of a new location in Peoria, Arizona, in August 2026. The move extends the company's service reach to homeowners in Peoria and surrounding communities, marking another step in its ongoing growth across the Valley.
For owners Mike and Jaclyn Venidis, the expansion is more than just a new service area; it represents a chance to demonstrate that a home-service company can thrive on principles like honesty, accountability, gratitude, genuine care, and doing the right thing even when no one is watching. "Jaclyn and I didn't start Good Golly just to build another garage door company," said Mike Venidis. "We started it because we believe customers deserve better. And they deserve to feel confident that the company standing in their garage is going to do the right thing."
The couple founded Good Golly Garage Doors after more than a decade working in the home-services industry, where they helped contractors and businesses grow through marketing, customer experience strategy, and business development. After advising other companies on improving customer experience, they decided to build their own from the ground up. The company's mission is to bring back old-school values and combine them with a consistent, high-quality customer experience, from the initial phone call through job completion.
The new Peoria location will offer garage door repair, broken spring replacement, garage door opener services, maintenance, and new garage door installation. "We know trust isn't something you can buy with advertising," said Jaclyn Venidis. "It's earned one customer, one conversation and one experience at a time. Our goal is to build a company that Arizona families can confidently call not just once, but for years to come, and proudly recommend to the people they care about."
Mike Venidis describes the company's long-term vision as extending beyond individual service calls. "We want to build something Arizona can be proud of," he said.
