The system was developed in response to inventory shortages, rising costs, and tariffs affecting traditional carbon ceramic brake suppliers, offering a high-quality alternative that balances performance with long-term value.
Central to the design is a unique integrated friction layer that accommodates more aggressive brake pad compounds while meaningfully extending disc life. The system is produced using a slower, precision-controlled manufacturing process that minimizes impurities and promotes more uniform silicon infiltration, resulting in a higher-grade silicon carbide structure. This approach contributes to greater consistency, strength, and reliability under demanding conditions.
Key performance advantages include improved cold bite for enhanced braking in lower temperatures, a higher friction coefficient for stronger stopping power, an easier bed-in process, expanded pad compatibility, increased durability, low dust and noise, and weight savings. The system has completed extensive third-party testing through PFC, an independent brake manufacturer, with after-market and OEM-level evaluations confirming its performance and durability.
