Personal injury firm Mishkind Kulwicki Law Co., LPA has announced the launch of its Helping Victims Scholarship, a $1,000 award designed to support students from any academic discipline who share the firm's dedication to helping people harmed by the negligence, recklessness, or malicious actions of others.
In personal injury law terms, a victim is someone who has suffered physical or psychological harm as a result of another person or entity's wrongful conduct.
