Nicolet Law Accident & Injury Lawyers hosted an interactive booth at the 2026 Minnesota State Fair, which ran from Aug. 27 through Labor Day, Sept. 7. The firm's presence at the 12-day event reflects its commitment to community engagement and its growing footprint across the Midwest. By meeting fairgoers face to face, Nicolet Law reinforced its philosophy of "Be Kind. Do Good." and underscored its role as a regional legal resource for injury victims.
The booth, located outside the Agriculture Horticulture Building between the Veterans Garden and the Circle Adopt-A-Garden, offered visitors a chance to interact with the firm's branded van and tent, pick up merchandise, and spin a prize wheel for giveaways. This lighthearted approach allowed the firm to connect with the public in a relaxed setting while raising awareness of its services. The fair provided an ideal venue for Nicolet Law to demonstrate that legal support is accessible and that injured individuals do not have to face challenges alone.
"The State Fair is one of the most exciting gatherings in Minnesota, and it was a great chance to meet our neighbors face to face," said Russell Nicolet, President of Nicolet Law. "We were not there to hand out legal advice between corn dogs. We were there to say hello, have some fun, and let people know that if the unexpected happens, they do not have to face it alone." His comments highlight the firm's dual mission: to provide vigorous legal representation and to be a visible, supportive presence in the communities it serves.
In addition to the main booth, the firm's Midwest Motorcycle Lawyers team hosted a separate table with merchandise and a bike giveaway. Led by partner Drew Epperly, known as The Midwest's Motorcycle Lawyer, the group also served as the main sponsor of the Fair's motorcycle parking lot. This sponsorship is particularly significant because it directly connects the firm with the riding community, a demographic that faces unique legal challenges after accidents.
"Riders look out for one another, and that is the same spirit we try to bring to our work," Epperly said. "Sponsoring the motorcycle lot and meeting riders at the Fair was a natural fit for a team that rides too." The Midwest Motorcycle Lawyers' specialized focus ensures that injured riders receive representation from attorneys who understand motorcycle culture and the specific legal issues that arise in crashes involving motorcyclists.
Founded in 2007 in Hudson, Wisconsin, Nicolet Law has expanded to 28 offices across Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, Iowa, and Indiana. The firm handles car, truck, and motorcycle crashes, wrongful death claims, and other negligence-based cases. Its participation in the State Fair is part of a broader community involvement strategy that includes scholarships, charitable giving, and local events.
