The Nordex Group has secured new orders from wind energy companies ENOVA and BMR energy solutions for the supply and installation of 30 wind turbines with a combined capacity exceeding 197 MW in Germany. The projects, located in Lower Saxony, Schleswig-Holstein, and North Rhine-Westphalia, include long-term Premium Service agreements spanning 20 years.
In Boldecker Land, Lower Saxony, ENOVA is implementing a 68 MW repowering project with ten Nordex N163/6.X turbines, with installation starting in the fourth quarter of 2027 and commissioning planned for early 2028. In Schleswig-Holstein, Nordex will supply ENOVA with six N149/5.X turbines for a 34.2 MW wind farm, with construction beginning in early 2028 and commissioning in mid-2028.
Two projects in North Rhine-Westphalia, Nettetal and Breberen, were originally developed by BMR. For Nettetal, sold to ENOVA, Nordex will supply five N163/6.X turbines, with construction starting in October 2027 and commissioning in early 2028. In Breberen, a repowering project replaces existing turbines with nine N163/6.X units to boost efficiency, with installation beginning in October 2027 and commissioning in the second quarter of 2028.

The orders underscore the ongoing expansion of onshore wind capacity in Germany, driven by repowering and new developments. ENOVA, one of Germany’s largest onshore wind farm operators with 1 GW in its portfolio, aims to reach 3 GW by 2030. BMR energy solutions brings extensive experience in project development, particularly in western Germany.
Nordex, with over 64 GW installed globally, continues to strengthen its presence in the German market, leveraging its technology and service expertise.
