One World Products, Inc. (OTCQB: OWPC), which plans to operate as Isiah Enterprises, Inc. upon FINRA approval, provided an update on its SEC reporting process, manufacturing operations, and commercialization activities. The advanced materials company focuses on sustainable automotive and industrial compounds through its EcoBlend platform.
The Company is working closely with its independent registered public accounting firm to complete remaining audit and review procedures for its SEC reporting obligations. Management believes the outstanding items primarily involve documentation requests, information reconciliation, and standard audit review procedures. Completing these requirements is critical for the Company to regain full SEC compliance and provide transparency to shareholders.
One World Products has completed the acquisition and integration of manufacturing operations in Midland, Michigan. The facility includes production, compounding, pelletizing, and laboratory capabilities to develop and manufacture sustainable material solutions. The EcoBlend platform currently comprises EcoBlend 1130 (PC/ABS), EcoBlend 1140 (TPO), and EcoBlend 1150 Series (polypropylene-based compounds with talc or fiberglass fillers). These materials are designed for automotive interior, exterior, and structural applications, incorporating recycled and sustainable content while meeting performance standards.
The Company is supporting customer qualification activities for these formulations, aiming to secure commercial programs with automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. Chairman and CEO Isiah Thomas stated, “Our team has focused on completing our SEC reporting requirements while integrating the Midland manufacturing operations and advancing the EcoBlend platform. We believe the foundation established over the past year positions the Company to support customer commercialization efforts, expand manufacturing utilization, and pursue long-term growth opportunities within the automotive and industrial sectors.”
Management remains focused on completing SEC reporting requirements, supporting customer qualification and commercialization programs, expanding automotive and industrial customer relationships, increasing utilization of the Midland facility, and strengthening the Company’s capital structure and operational capabilities. The Company will continue to provide updates through future SEC filings and public disclosures as material developments occur.
