Pressure Point Roofing (PPR), a Pacific Northwest roofing company backed by Tambr Partners through its holding company Pacific Northwest Roofing Services, has acquired Evergreen Roofing of Oregon, a Eugene-based commercial and residential roofing contractor founded in 1989. The acquisition adds approximately 60 employees to the PPR platform, which now operates across Oregon, Southern Washington, and Northern California. Evergreen will continue to operate under its own brand as part of the expanding PPR network, according to a press release.
The transaction brings together two long-established roofing companies with complementary service offerings and a shared commitment to quality and customer service. Evergreen founder Curtis Large, who built the company over 35 years, said the decision to transition the business to PPR was influenced by the company's approach to keeping operations in the hands of local operators. Large plans to remain active in the Eugene business community and continue to support Evergreen during the transition.
"When I reconnected with Matt, he had just completed his partnership with Tambr, and his message about their approach to keeping our businesses in the hands of local operators really resonated with me," said Large. "As I transition Evergreen to Matt and his team, I am grateful to all the employees, general contractors and facilities managers that I've had the privilege of working alongside."
Matt Stone, President & CEO of PPR, noted that the acquisition strengthens the company's ability to serve commercial, residential, repair, and maintenance customers with greater efficiency and reach. "Having known Evergreen Roofing for nearly 20 years, I have long respected the outstanding company Curtis has built and led," Stone said. "Bringing together the teams at PPR and Evergreen Roofing is an exciting opportunity to better serve our customers with even greater strength, efficiency, and reach."
The addition of Evergreen reflects Tambr Partners' focus on partnering with founder-led businesses that demonstrate durability, shared values, and a strong internal culture. Kevin Livingston, Co-Founder and CIO of Tambr and Executive Chairman of Pressure Point Roofing, emphasized the alignment between the two companies. "Like Matt, Curtis has dedicated himself to the roofing trade. He built Evergreen on the shoulders of dedicated employees and a commitment to serving the community. Evergreen and PPR are truly cut from the same cloth, and merging these two leaders of their respective territories is such a rare opportunity," Livingston said.
