Premier Graphene, Inc. (OTC: BIEI) announced today that it has delivered a portion of its initial military contract awarded by Mexico's Secretaría de la Defensa Nacional (SEDENA) through the Dirección General de Fábrica de Vestuario y Equipo (FAVE). The balance of the order is scheduled for completion by May 12, 2026, reinforcing the company's operational capacity and supply chain reliability. This milestone marks Premier Graphene's formal entry into Mexico's military supply chain after extensive technical evaluation.
Mexico, with a GDP exceeding $1.4 trillion, represents a strategic market with growing defense and security budgets. Premier Graphene and its joint venture partners, including HGI Industrial Technologies SAPI, are positioning themselves at the intersection of advanced materials innovation and long-term defense spending. The company believes successful execution of this initial contract could lead to follow-on agreements for military-grade protective plates (pending ITAR certification), graphene-enhanced tactical equipment, and broader graphene supply contracts across defense and infrastructure sectors.
“This milestone is about establishing a foundation for long-term participation in one of the largest defense markets in the region,” said Pedro Mendez, President of Premier Graphene. “With delivery expected by May 12, we are focused on execution and scaling. We believe this positions us to pursue larger contracts, including military plate supply and broader graphene-based solutions.”
Lic. Emmanuel Hernández Rico added that Mexico's economic strength and security priorities create a substantial opportunity. The company is actively engaged in discussions to expand its role as a supplier of advanced graphene materials for defense products.
Following delivery and evaluation, Premier Graphene anticipates additional procurement discussions with SEDENA-linked entities, expansion into higher-value defense applications, and potential contract awards for graphene-enhanced military solutions. The company also sees opportunities across Latin America and near-shoring production for North American defense needs, including supply to top U.S. military industrial complex companies.
Graphene is emerging as a critical material across defense, infrastructure, and industrial sectors. Premier Graphene's proprietary technologies and vertically integrated approach target what management believes could be a multi-billion-dollar addressable market. The early validation within a national defense system is viewed as a key inflection point for adoption across high-value sectors.
Further updates will be provided as delivery milestones are achieved and additional contracts are secured. More information is available at premiergrapheneinc.com.
