Presser Law Opens Applications for 2026 Legal Scholarship

Presser Law, P.A., a personal injury law firm in Altamonte Springs, Florida, is now accepting applications for its 2026 Presser Law Scholarship. The initiative underscores the firm's commitment to community engagement and its desire to ease the financial burden of higher education for students pursuing legal careers.

The scholarship is open to students currently enrolled in accredited undergraduate, graduate, or professional programs across the United States. Additionally, community college students and high school seniors with a GED who are enrolled in accredited programs are eligible. Applicants must maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 and be in good academic standing.

To apply, candidates must submit an 800 to 1,000-word essay addressing prompts detailed on the Presser Law Scholarship web page. The selection committee seeks individuals who clearly articulate their commitment to a legal career and demonstrate a genuine passion for the law. Alongside the essay, applicants must provide a current resume and an up-to-date unofficial transcript. All materials should be emailed to scholarship@findyourjustice.com before the December 30, 2026 deadline. The recipient will be announced in January 2027.

This scholarship represents a strategic investment in the next generation of legal professionals. By offering financial support, Presser Law aims to address the escalating costs of legal education, which often deter talented individuals from pursuing careers in the field. The program also reflects the firm's broader mission to give back to the community that has supported its practice.

Founded by attorney Justin H. Presser, who brings over 18 years of experience, the firm has recovered tens of millions of dollars for victims of negligence, including car accidents, slip and falls, and workplace injuries. Through this scholarship, the firm not only supports aspiring lawyers but also reinforces its dedication to the legal profession and the clients it serves.
