The Puerto Rico Financial Services Forum has opened registration for its sixth edition, scheduled for November 2–3, 2026, at the Sheraton Puerto Rico Convention Center in San Juan. The event, hosted by the Puerto Rico International Insurers Association (PRIIA) and the Puerto Rico International Banks Association (PRIBA), has established itself as a premier Caribbean gathering for international banking and insurance executives, regulators, and legal experts.
This year's forum expands its international reach with a program addressing the pressing challenges and opportunities in financial services, including artificial intelligence in insurance and financial crime compliance, fintech and Banking-as-a-Service, correspondent banking, captive insurance, AML and sanctions, digital assets, regulatory priorities, and investment strategies. The agenda reflects the industry's need to adapt to rapid technological changes and evolving regulatory frameworks.
Featured speakers include Mónica Rodríguez, Commissioner of Financial Institutions; Suzette del Valle, Commissioner of Insurance of Puerto Rico; and leaders from AIG, Morgan White Group, Accelerant, Popular, and Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP. The forum also brings together banking and fintech innovators such as Stephanie L.
