A dedicated 23.8-inch Full HD front-facing display provides a clear space for meeting information, event schedules, and welcome messages, with content playable locally via USB or updated remotely through a mobile app. This eliminates the need for an additional display or playback device, streamlining content management.
Presenters also benefit from an integrated 23.8-inch interactive pen and touch display paired with a built-in Windows PC. This allows direct access to presentation materials without relying on a connected laptop or separate interactive display. Support for Microsoft Pen Protocol (MPP)-compatible pens enables natural writing and annotation, providing a familiar and seamless experience that reduces dependence on external devices.
AV control is simplified through an integrated control panel that includes 3x3 matrix switching, device control, presentation timing, and audio adjustment. Crucially, these core local controls operate without an internet connection, making the lectern easier to deploy in environments with complex network configurations and ensuring essential functions remain available even during network instability.
