Royalty Management Congratulates ReElement Technologies on Financings That Will Boost Royalty Revenues

Royalty Management Holding Corporation (Nasdaq: RMCO) announced its support for ReElement Technologies, a portfolio holding, after ReElement disclosed a series of financings aimed at accelerating its business growth. The financings, which include a $25 million investment from the United States Department of War and a prior investment from Transition Equity Partners, will be used to expand ReElement's operations in Noblesville and Marion, Indiana, where it processes recycled materials, virgin ores, and manufacturing byproducts into magnet-grade rare earth elements and other critical minerals for electrification, defense, and technology sectors.

ReElement Technologies utilizes an innovative chromatographic separation platform to produce these critical minerals, which are essential for U.S. defense and commercial industries. The Department of War's investment specifically targets the acceleration of ReElement's expansion and production capabilities, highlighting the strategic importance of domestic critical mineral refining.

Royalty Management has an intellectual property development program with ReElement, under which Royalty provides capital for developing unique patents and technologies in exchange for an ongoing royalty on sales from those new patents. With ReElement's new capital driving operational expansion, Royalty Management expects increased and expanded revenues from refining technologies that may fall under this program, directly benefiting the company.

Thomas Sauve, Chief Executive Officer of Royalty Management, commented, “ReElement has consistently demonstrated that their novel rare earth and critical mineral refining methods are the next generation of how the world looks at this industry, especially from a cost-competitive and purity standpoint. We are excited about having this relationship where Royalty can help provide the technology advancements in partnership with ReElement to help them continue to drive process and efficiency.”

The significance of this development lies in the alignment of ReElement's growth with Royalty Management's revenue stream. As ReElement scales its operations, the royalties flowing to Royalty Management are poised to increase, reinforcing the value of the partnership. This announcement underscores the strategic importance of domestic critical mineral supply chains and the role of intellectual property development in advancing refining technologies.
