Royalty Management Holding Corporation (Nasdaq: RMCO) has reported its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026, revealing a 38% increase in revenue and a return to profitability. The company generated revenue of approximately $1.83 million for the quarter, up from $1.33 million in the same period of 2025. Net income for the quarter was approximately $375,000, a significant improvement compared to a net loss of approximately $50,000 in the prior-year quarter.
For the six months ended June 30, 2026, total revenue increased approximately 54% to $3.47 million, compared to $2.25 million in the first half of 2025. This growth was primarily driven by the company's environmental services operations, which contributed approximately $3.42 million in revenue and $216,000 in segment operating income for the first half of the year.
Thomas Sauve, CEO of Royalty Management, highlighted the company's progress, stating, "Our second-quarter profitability and continued revenue growth demonstrate the progress we are making in building a diversified platform of cash-generating businesses, royalties and strategic investments." He added that the company is still in the early stages of realizing the value of its portfolio and remains focused on disciplined growth and expanding recurring revenue.
The company's balance sheet remains solid, with total assets of approximately $16.82 million and positive working capital of approximately $646,000 as of June 30, 2026. Royalty Management continued its quarterly common-stock dividend of $0.0025 per share, consistent with its annual dividend rate of $0.01 per share.
In addition to its operational performance, the company reported initial royalty income from its intellectual property development investment in ReElement Technologies Corp., a refiner of critical minerals and rare earth elements. Sauve noted, "Our work to assist them to develop new technologies around mineral refining has started to bear fruit, as we have begun seeing initial royalties from this intellectual property paid to Royalty Management in the second quarter. We expect these revenues to only increase from here."
The reported net income includes a non-cash gain of approximately $420,000 related to the quarterly fair-value adjustment of its warrant liability, which can cause fluctuations in reported net income due to changes in the company's stock price.
Royalty Management's environmental services business remains its principal revenue contributor, providing a stable foundation of cash generation to support the expansion of its royalty and investment portfolio. The company's complete unaudited financial statements are available in its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q filed with the SEC.
