Royalty Management Holding Corporation Reports 431% Revenue Surge in 2025 Audited Results

Royalty Management Holding Corporation (Nasdaq: RMCO) reported audited financial results for the year ending December 31, 2025, revealing a 431% increase in total revenues, interest income, and income from investments to over $5.1 million, compared to approximately $965,000 in 2024. Total assets grew about 11% to over $16.6 million from approximately $15 million at year-end 2024. The company also commenced a $0.01 per common share annual dividend, paid quarterly, which is continuing through 2026.

Thomas Sauve, CEO, highlighted 2025 as a year of strengthening existing portfolio holdings, positioning investments for liquidity, and initiating new ventures with potential for outsized returns. A key investment was an agreement with ReElement Technologies to develop patents for refining and separation technologies in critical minerals, granting Royalty Management royalties on refined element sales. “We feel it’s an exciting development that has the potential to be a meaningful contribution to our portfolio and revenues,” Sauve stated.

The revenue growth was primarily driven by new contractor services revenue from its wholly owned subsidiary, RMC Environmental Services LLC, which contributed $4.85 million in 2025 versus $686,230 in 2024. Gross profit remained stable at approximately $805,000, while net loss widened to $726,891 from $114,261, largely due to a $584,132 loss on warrant fair value adjustment. Stockholders' equity edged up to $13.7 million from $13.6 million.

Key operational highlights include the filing of a Form S-3 shelf registration for opportunistic capital raising, with no draws made as of year-end. The company also formalized its crypto and datacenter investments under The Vault Holdings Corporation, which initiated a convertible debt capital raise for expansion. Additionally, Royalty Management invested in patent development for critical mineral purification, securing royalty rights on sales.

Select portfolio holdings include ReElement Technologies for critical mineral and platinum group metal investments, RMC Environmental Services for steady revenue, The Vault for cryptocurrency exposure, and Ferrox Holdings for mineral development in South Africa. Other interests span TR Mining in Jamaica, Advanced Magnet Lab, CASFER for fertilizer technology, and Heart Water for alkaline rainwater.
