The Automatic Label Feeder sets a benchmark for precise, reliable labeling in industrial processes. The latest enhancement enables fully automated labeling of glass vials, opening doors to pharmaceuticals, laboratory diagnostics, and fine chemicals. Its platform architecture allows flexible adaptation to various production processes, paving the way for further growth.
INSPECT, another milestone, automates quality inspection of electronic assemblies after SMD assembly. A high-resolution camera captures the board, and software identifies fiducial marks, component positions, and orientations, reads all standard barcode and 2D code formats, and documents results automatically. Setup takes minutes, updates retain calibration and operating data, and robustness in continuous operation has been improved, ensuring reliability even during hardware failures.
