Scandium Canada Urges Warrant Holders to Act Before July 6 Deadline

Scandium Canada Ltd. (TSX-V: SCD) has reminded holders of its outstanding share purchase warrants that the warrants will expire at 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on Wednesday, July 8, 2026. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share of the company at a price of $0.05 until the expiry date. Any warrants not exercised by that time will be cancelled and cease to be outstanding, with no shares issued.

Because the warrants are held through brokerage firms, holders must instruct their brokers to exercise on their behalf. To ensure processing, holders should contact their broker no later than 3:30 p.m. (Eastern Time) on Monday, July 6, 2026, as brokerage firms require advance instructions. The company emphasized that holders should verify their broker’s internal deadlines and exercise procedures directly.

This reminder comes as part of the rights offering that closed on July 5, 2024. The warrants were issued under that offering and have a term of two years. The exercise price of $0.05 per share represents a significant discount to the company’s current trading price, providing an opportunity for warrant holders to acquire shares at a favorable price.

The importance of this deadline cannot be overstated for warrant holders. Failure to act before the July 6 broker instruction cutoff will result in the warrants expiring worthless. The company has directed general questions to info@scandium-canada.com, but holders should primarily rely on their brokers for exercise-related queries.
