(NASDAQ: SWMR) has expanded its European software contracts through an amendment to a May 2026 licensing agreement, boosting the total contract value to $3.87 million and adding $1.02 million in expected revenue. The revised agreement involves Czech-based Progress TRW S.R.O. and Meta Bureau LLC, with Progress TRW purchasing $1.41 million in SkyKnight software licenses and Meta Bureau increasing its autonomy software order from $1.38 million to $2.47 million. If all contract options are exercised, the agreement could reach a total value of $14.20 million.
The licenses cover Swarmer’s software platform, including its operating system, artificial intelligence, and user interface technologies. The company stated that the expanded partnership broadens deployment of its drone autonomy software into additional European markets. This development underscores the growing demand for autonomous swarm coordination technology in defense applications.
