Launched globally in August 2026, the Reveal is the world's first hearing aid powered by Dual AI, which is designed to deliver crystal-clear speech and meaningful contextual sounds in optimal balance for a more natural listening experience.
The core of the Oticon Reveal is its Dual AI sound processing system, which utilizes two dedicated AI processors running simultaneously in real time. Speech AI continuously identifies and enhances speech from people around the user, while Context AI recognizes and balances surrounding environmental sounds. This dual-processing approach reportedly results in a 60% stronger brain response than the previous Oticon Intent platform, according to the company. By preserving both speech and environmental cues, the device aims to provide the brain with the information it needs to understand and navigate complex listening situations.
The Reveal AI platform includes several breakthrough technologies. The Reveal Optimizer offers up to 91% predicted speech access, which the company claims is 10% higher than the closest competitors, along with 30% faster feedback prevention and four times the fitting precision of previous Oticon technology. The Wind & Handling Stabilizer 2.0 provides up to 40 dB attenuation of wind and handling noise, a significant improvement over earlier versions. Additionally, 4D Sensor Technology continuously monitors head movements and environmental changes to optimize sound processing in real time, and the Voice Clarifier enhances speech in challenging situations.
Battery life and connectivity have also been upgraded. The Oticon Reveal features improved rechargeable lithium-ion batteries with enhanced power management, offering approximately 22 hours of runtime with a 2-hour charge. The device introduces a new connectivity platform with enhanced signal strength, providing more stable streaming and longer range for hands-free calls and audio.
