True Nutrition Technology (TNT), the German sports nutrition brand with more than 500,000 customers, is set to attend the ECRM Vitamin, Weight Management & Sports Nutrition Session from Sept. 14-17 in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The company aims to build new retail relationships and accelerate its expansion into the United States. Managing Director Markus Himmelstoss will lead the effort to introduce retailers to TNT's German roots and its performance-focused product portfolio.
The move matters because the U.S. sports nutrition market is highly saturated, and success requires differentiation. TNT believes its combination of German product development, strict quality standards, and a brand built around serious performance gives it a distinctive edge. "For us, ECRM is about building relationships and finding the right retail partners for the next stage of TNT's growth in the United States," said Himmelstoss. "We've built a strong customer base in Germany and Europe, and we're excited to sit down with U.S. retailers, learn more about what they're looking for, and show them what TNT can bring to their sports nutrition assortment."
TNT enters the meetings with its U.S. expansion already underway. Its products are available through Amazon and OneLavi, giving the brand an established online presence. That e-commerce foothold provides a foundation for moving into broader retail distribution, a critical next step for scaling in the U.S. The company's U.S. portfolio includes Creapure Creatine Monohydrate, CLEAR WHEY protein isolate, Synapsensause Pre-Workout, and Game Changer, a carbohydrate and electrolyte formulation.
Rather than pitching a single product, TNT plans to discuss its broader brand and identify where individual products fit within different retail assortments. "We don't expect every retailer to be looking for exactly the same thing," Himmelstoss said. "That's one of the advantages of having a broader portfolio. These meetings give us the opportunity to understand each retailer's priorities and discuss where TNT may be the best fit." This flexible approach could help the brand secure shelf space across various retail channels, from specialty nutrition stores to mass market.
TNT's established customer base of over 500,000 consumers in Germany demonstrates its ability to build trust and loyalty in a competitive environment. The company was founded by former athletes Michael Weigl and Markus Himmelstoss and has produced premium supplements under strict German quality standards since 2012, with every product independently lab-tested for safety, purity, and transparency.
The implications of TNT's U.S. retail push extend beyond the company itself. It signals growing international interest in the American sports nutrition market and could introduce U.S. consumers to new German-engineered products. For retailers, TNT offers a portfolio that spans different performance needs, potentially attracting a wide range of athletes and active consumers. As Himmelstoss noted, "We're not starting from scratch. We know who we are as a brand, we know our products, and we've spent years building trust with consumers. Now we're looking forward to introducing TNT to more U.S. retailers and finding partners who see the same opportunity we do." The ECRM session will be a key test of whether TNT can translate its German success into American retail growth.
