Ucore Rare Metals Inc. The company noted that dysprosium oxide has exceeded $200/kg in China and $1,000/kg outside China, while terbium oxide reached $900/kg in China and more than $4,500/kg in ex-China markets. Ucore’s strategic plan aims to disrupt the People’s Republic of China’s control of the North American rare earth element (REE) supply chain.
