Ucore Rare Metals Inc. (TSX.V: UCU) (OTCQX: UURAF) has announced the submission of its final reporting under Phase 1 of its Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) with the US Department of War, administered by the US Army Contracting Command – Orlando. The submission includes a Final Demonstration Report and Techno-Economic Analysis for work completed at its RapidSX Commercialization and Demonstration Facility.

The report details approximately 6,000 hours of simulated commercial operation and more than 10,000 recovery and purity comparison points. These data demonstrate that Ucore’s proprietary RapidSX platform efficiently executes solvent extraction chemistry and has produced thousands of liters of rare earth chloride products. The results support the technology’s scalability and capital efficiency compared with conventional solvent extraction methods.

This milestone is significant because it moves Ucore closer to disrupting China’s dominance in the rare earth element supply chain.
