XMax's AI Transformation Gains Momentum with $4.8 Million Deal and $30 Million Revenue Target

XMax Inc. (NASDAQ: XWIN), a furniture designer and health products maker, is rapidly transforming into an AI platform company, reporting $4.8 million in contracted AI revenue and targeting over $30 million in the next six to twelve months. The company's strategic pivot, driven by challenging conditions in the furniture industry, has attracted Wall Street attention, with Equity Research initiating coverage with a buy rating and calling it “one of the most compelling small-cap AI platform stories in the current public market.”

The recent $4.8 million API agreement, signed in early May, provides a customer access to XMax's AI models for roughly $400,000 per month, with potential extension beyond 12 months. XMax AI, the company's new AI unit, is in talks with three other potential customers, supporting the $30 million revenue forecast. Equity Research highlighted the platform's usage-based billing and intelligent routing as strategically significant, noting that “revenue scales naturally with customer adoption, model variety can expand without changing the underlying commercial framework, and gross margins improve as volume grows.” The AI platform, deployed in April with Cloud Alliance Inc. as technical partner, is fully operational on AWS infrastructure.

XMax also launched aimax.com, its consumer-facing AI portal, and ai.xmax.com, its enterprise AI platform. Equity Research views these as crucial for establishing a technology-focused corporate identity, potentially aiding classification as an operating technology company for FTSE Russell index methodology. The firm sees a “credible path” for XMax to join the Russell 2000 in June 2026, which could trigger mandatory buying from institutional index funds.

Adding to the momentum, XMax has deployed $33.6 million into funds holding shares of SpaceX and xAI Series B Preferred Stock, including a $5.6 million stake in Preamble X Capital I. With SpaceX filing for IPO confidentially on April 1, 2026, targeting a valuation of $1.75 trillion to $2 trillion, Equity Research expects unrealized appreciation on these investments to be a “consequential value event.”

XMax also filed a $1 billion universal shelf registration with the SEC, providing firepower for infrastructure expansion, acquisitions, and AI deployment. Meanwhile, its legacy furniture business showed resilience, with net sales for 2025 up 73% to $16.7 million and average selling prices increasing 102%. XMax CEO Xiaohua Lu called the API deal a “significant milestone” validating the company's AI infrastructure and market demand.

From furniture to AI in months, XMax is proving its ability to evolve rapidly. With strategic stakes in a major IPO, recurring AI revenue, and a substantial war chest, this small-cap AI player is demanding market attention.
