YesAsia Holdings Opens First YesStyle Concept Store in the US, Advancing Dual-Engine Strategy

YesAsia Holdings Limited (02209.HK) has opened its first YesStyle concept store in the United States, located at Great Mall in Milpitas, California, marking a strategic expansion of its dual-engine B2C-B2B model. The 1,500-square-foot retail space offers an immersive experience featuring over 60 Asian beauty brands, including popular K-beauty labels like UNLEASHIA, dasique, fwee, and rom&nd, alongside interactive makeup stations and a customizable mask bar. This move aims to bridge online and offline retail, enhancing brand visibility and customer engagement in the North American market.

The store serves as a physical extension of YesStyle's online platform, allowing customers to discover products firsthand and make immediate purchases. According to the company, this experiential retail environment is designed to generate offline brand awareness that feeds back into its digital ecosystem, creating a complementary offline-to-online (O2O) loop that supports repeat purchases and maximizes customer lifetime value. Joshua Lau, Founder and CEO of YesAsia Holdings, stated that the Bay Area holds special significance as the city where the Group was founded and its first office established, making the store's opening feel like coming home.

Beyond the B2C benefits, the physical store also supports the Group's B2B wholesale platform, AsiaBeautyWholesale (ABW). By showcasing bestselling Korean beauty brands such as SKIN1004, Medicube, Anua, Dr. Althea, Beauty of Joseon, and COSRX in a premium retail setting, YesStyle acts as a market-testing ground. The consumer validation and elevated brand awareness generated at the retail level are expected to boost confidence among other US retailers and distributors, catalyzing B2B orders and driving synergistic growth across both business modules.

YesAsia Holdings, founded in 1997, operates three major platforms: YesStyle for B2C sales of Asian beauty, fashion, and lifestyle products; ABW for B2B wholesale of Asian beauty products; and YesAsia for entertainment products. The Group is headquartered in Hong Kong and maintains strong ties with over 400 leading Asian beauty brand partners. The new store in Milpitas represents a significant milestone in the company's 20-year history of delivering Asian products globally, reinforcing its commitment to innovation and customer experience both online and offline.
