Yocale.ai Inc. (CSE: YAI) (OTC: YOAIF) (Frankfurt: K4G), the AI-powered operating system for the beauty and wellness industry, announced the launch of next-generation Yocale Invoicing, now the layer through which sales, integrated payments and balances flow inside the Yocale operating system. The move expands the company's commerce and financial infrastructure while strengthening the connected data foundation across its platform, positioning Yocale.ai to capture more transaction activity and create additional opportunities in software, commerce and embedded financial services.
The beauty and wellness industry thrives on repeat business. In medical aesthetics, 73% of patients are repeat patients, according to the American Med Spa Association's 2024 Medical Spa State of the Industry Report. Over the course of that relationship, a client books services, buys products, leaves balances outstanding and pays across several visits, and no single appointment record captures it. Yocale Invoicing extends the transaction workflow beyond the booked appointment, allowing a sale to start at the front desk, in the treatment room, or from a client profile. It can cover a service, a retail product, or both on the same invoice; be split across multiple payments; or cover several clients under a single payer, with each service still attached to the person who received it.
Unlike traditional appointment checkout, Yocale Invoicing can operate independently of a booking while remaining connected to the broader client and business workflow. Every transaction runs through the same workflow as a booked appointment and lands on the same operational record. What was sold, who sold it, who paid for it, and what remains outstanding all sit on the client's file, alongside refunds, taxes, tips and staff attribution. That gives businesses a connected view of staff sales performance, commissions, product trends and client purchase history.
"We didn’t want to simply add an invoice screen to an appointment platform,” said Aydin Asli, Chief Executive Officer of Yocale.ai. "Sales in this industry don't wait for a booking. They happen at the front desk, in the treatment room, halfway through a course of treatments. We built for how these businesses actually sell, not how software assumes they do. We're expanding the financial infrastructure within Yocale to support a much broader commerce experience over time."
As more transaction activity is managed inside Yocale, the platform becomes more central to how a business operates. This creates additional opportunities across software, commerce and embedded financial services over time. In practice, businesses can start a transaction without a booking; put services and products on one invoice; check out a group with one payer; preserve invoice history by creating new versions when editing unpaid invoices; and support flexible payment management, including recording payments, taking multiple payments against the same invoice, or sending a payment request directly from the invoice. Products can be scanned with a supported barcode scanner, updating inventory and the client's purchase history.
The launch further advances Yocale.ai's embedded-fintech strategy for the beauty and wellness industry. As more operational and financial activity is connected within Yocale, the company expects the resulting data to support deeper reporting, automation and intelligent decision support over time. Yocale Invoicing is available to Yocale customers today, as a standalone invoicing and point-of-sale solution or as part of the broader Yocale platform. For more information, visit www.yocale.ai.
